Claim warranty

Something not right with your Voley gear? Send us your receipt, a photo or video of the defect and a short description — we will review your claim and get back to you by email.

1. 1 Upload your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. 2 Upload clear photos or a video of the defect.
3. 3 Describe the issue and submit — we may ask for the item to be returned for inspection.
4. 4 If approved, we send a replacement at no additional cost, including delivery.
