Before you buy

The questions we get asked most. If yours is not here, message us — someone who plays will answer.

Get In Touch

  • Orders placed before 3pm on a working day leave the same day. West Malaysia usually arrives the next working day, East Malaysia in two to four. Shipping is free above RM150.

  • Play with it for seven days. If it does not suit your game, send it back for a swap or a refund — court marks and all. We only ask that the grip and edge guard are intact.

  • Most players in Malaysia land between 7.8oz and 8.2oz with a 4 ¼″ grip. If you are coming from tennis you will usually want the heavier end, from badminton the lighter. Message us with your height and playing background and we will narrow it down.

  • Twelve months against delamination and core failure, from the date on your receipt. Register it online in about two minutes and we keep the record for you, so a lost receipt is not a problem.

  • On identical stock held in Malaysia, yes — send us the listing. We do not match grey imports, because those carry no warranty we can honour.

  • Yes. Six units or more gets club pricing, and we can add your logo to bags and covers. Talk to us before ordering so we can quote properly.
